1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
The return/exchange request is initiated within 7days of receiving the product.
Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact Us: Direct Message us on Instagram with your order number and the reason for the return or Chat with us on Whatsapp.
Approval: Once approved, we will share return instructions and a return address.
Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Exchange Process
Need a different size or style?

Follow the return steps above and indicate your preferred item for exchange.
Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following terms:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
If the item was purchased with a discount, the refund will reflect the discounted price.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Additional Information
The Rural Company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
For international orders, customs fees and duties are non-refundable.
